Modern Fete is a curated group of NYC wedding artists all in one place on the night of April 2nd. We’ll be decking out a Union Square loft, inviting engaged couples to get inspired, and to meet the vendors they never knew they needed in their life.
What does Modern Fete look like?
Guests arrive to ambient music and a welcome bag filled with info and goodies from our vendors. The space is open with the vibe of cocktail hour for the duration of the night, and the floor plan is laid out with vendor booths alongside a mock ceremony setup and reception tables featuring their work. There are caterers and bakers with samplings, a braid bar, photo booth, and other points of interests for guests to interact. Each vendor has a booth space to showcase their work, and can mingle with guests, hand out info, vend, etc. This event is considered full at 30 vendors.

Who is the target audience?
This event is aimed and marketed at creative couples living in the city, getting married locally or upstate, who appreciate a modern wedding aesthetic. Any advertising will be geared towards this demographic, and will have a clean design that reflects the branding and values of our vendors.
We hosted a version of this event in 2015 at a barn venue in NJ, and had great success and a really fantastic time. Similar to that year, vendors are still hand picked, and there will be a maximum of 3 of any vendor type.
How do I get involved?
The fee for each vendor is $250 for a 6ft booth space. We will be shouting out vendors on social media prior to the event, and post show, provide vendors with an email list of attendees who opt in to be contacted. The show and booths will be photographed during the event for promotional purposes, and vendors will have access to these images post show for personal use.
